However, we are only human, and mistakes can happen, so you should check all important points with one of our staff before making your purchase decision based on the information contained on this website.

Due to the nature of progress in manufacturing standards, and changes in legislation, it is not always possible to keep the product details up to date.
Where changes to specifications occur, we would generally expect improvements; the vagaries of legislative bodies are beyond our control though, so please ask, particularly if you are dependent on something technical that you cannot check just by looking at our samples.

We do all we can to keep our displayed prices accurate. However, if someone makes a mistake, knocking off thousands of £’s with a typing error, we cannot be held to that price. If you spot such a glaring mistake, we would be obliged if you could let us know and we can get it corrected as soon as possible.

We do not warrant or guarantee in any way that your tow vehicle is compatible with any of our caravans; you must seek advice on weights etc. from your vehicle manufacturers.

All caravans with GVW of over 3500kg or 7m body length are sold as static holiday caravans.

Payment Terms

No caravan can be collected or delivered until paid for in full with cleared funds.
All goods remain the property of the company until paid for in full with cleared funds, and removed from our premises.

Warranty / Repairs

All warranty & repairs are return to base, we do not offer any onsite service.

All retail sales are supplied with a full 90 days warranty.

Do not cover up any heating vents or air vents in the floor as will cause damp and condensation issues and void your warranty.

Please ensure your electricity supply is clean, if you are using a generator a surge protector must be fitted otherwise this will cause electrical issues not covered by warranty.

We do not warranty any PCB’s for the furnace, water heater, air conditioner, and fridge.

All trade sales are sold with no warranty.

All salvage sales are sold with no warranty.

All export sales sold with no warranty.

Any defects not noted on your invoice are also not warranted.
You should spend the time to completely examine any caravan prior to purchase.

Your warranty will be voided if you remove any furniture fitted to any of the walls.
This includes sofas, dinettes, wall units, cabinets, beds etc. as this will cause problems with the structural frame.

Any re-modelling or renovations will also void your warranty.

What is typically covered by our warranty

Major Appliances
The fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, and microwave.

Water & Heating:
The Truma or Alde space heaters, water boilers, water pumps, and taps.

Auxiliary Electrics:
The battery charger, main hook-up input.

Running Gear:
The chassis, suspension, and braking system.

What is typically excluded

Water Ingress:
Roof leaks and seal failures.

Wear and Tear:
Tyres, brake pads, batteries, and bulbs.

Cosmetics & Soft Furnishings:
Carpets, curtains, mattresses, and zips.

External Fixtures:
Window handles/struts, table legs, and grab handles.

Consequential Damage:
Secondary damage caused by a lack of servicing or frost damage.

Damage resulting from misuse, poor maintenance (e.g., failure to drain down in winter), or accidental damage.

Damp check And Habitation Check

All retail sales are supplied with a full damp check and habitation check dated within 10 weeks of the sale date.

Trade, Export, Salvage sales do not include a full damp check and habitation check, this can be provided at an addition cost if required.

Collection/Storage

All caravans which have not been collected or delivered within 7 days of being notified that it is ready for collection or delivery will be charged at £20 per day for storage, which must be paid before collection or delivery.

UK Towing Laws

In the UK, Drivers who passed before January 1st 1997 can tow a combined vehicle and trailer weight up to 8,250kg.
No. Under changes that removed the trailer towing test in the UK, you can automatically tow a trailer up to 3,500kg Maximum Authorised Mass (MAM) regardless of when you passed your test.
However, make sure your category B+E entitlement is officially recorded on your photocard driving license.

All products include vat at current relevant rates.

Delivery Insurance

All of our products are delivered by insured 3rd party transporters.

If in the unlikely event the product is damaged in transit or on delivery, photos and a statement from the driver in duplicate and signed by both parties should be obtained immediately so that you can make an insurance claim against the transporter’s insurance.

We accept no liability in these cases.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless we are at fault.
